This policy explains what information LA Operations Co ("LAOC", "we", "us") collects through thelaoc.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. LA Operations Co is a DBA of Angel City Tech Solutions LLC, based in Los Angeles, California.
The short version: this site does not set cookies, does not run advertising or tracking pixels, and does not record your session. We receive information only when you choose to send it to us.
Information we collect
Information you send us
When you submit the request form, we receive what you enter: your name, work email address, company, your role and team size if you provide them, the area you need help with, and your message. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider, Microsoft Azure, keeps standard server logs for security and reliability. These logs can include your IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and the time of the request. We do not use these logs to identify individual visitors or to build profiles.
Cookies, analytics, and tracking
This site does not set cookies. We do not use advertising networks, social media pixels, session replay tools, or third-party chat widgets. Fonts and scripts are served from our own domain, so loading a page does not send your information to any other company.
We do not currently measure traffic. If we add traffic measurement, it will be a cookieless service that reports aggregate counts and does not identify visitors, and we will update this policy before it is switched on.
How we use information
- To reply to your request and arrange a conversation.
- To prepare for and deliver services you ask us about.
- To keep the site secure and working, including preventing spam and abuse.
- To meet legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations.
We do not use what you send us for advertising, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask to be added.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only in these cases:
- Service providers. Microsoft provides the hosting, the form handling, and the email delivery for this site. It processes information on our behalf and under its own security commitments.
- Legal reasons. We may disclose information if the law requires it or to protect the rights, property, or safety of LAOC, our clients, or others.
- Business transfer. If the business is sold or merged, information may pass to the successor, subject to this policy.
How long we keep it
Form submissions are delivered to us by email and are not stored in a separate database on this site. We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond and to maintain ordinary business records, and delete it when it is no longer needed.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to hello@thelaoc.com. We will respond within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
California residents. The California Consumer Privacy Act applies to businesses above certain size thresholds, which we do not currently meet. We honor the requests described above regardless. Under California's Shine the Light law, you may ask whether we have disclosed personal information to third parties for their direct marketing. We have not.
Do Not Track
Some browsers send a Do Not Track signal. Because this site does not track visitors across websites or over time, it behaves the same way whether or not that signal is sent. We do not allow third parties to collect personal information about your activity on this site.
Security
The site is served only over encrypted connections, and we limit access to enquiry information to the people who need it to respond. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Services we deliver for clients
This policy covers thelaoc.com. When we build or operate systems for a client, including AI voice agents, information handled by those systems is governed by our agreement with that client and by the client's own privacy notices.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date above. Material changes will be noted at the top of the page for at least 30 days.
